From my experience, is the only way to get to a person with cerebral palsy learn to walk, do it with minimal effort. By using the right muscles, you should walk almost effortlessly.

Think about it ... Children's experiences with different muscles and bend the body in different positions until you find the easiest way. We do not know consciously breathing, we just do. Walking was easy, too.

PT is the best way for a person with cerebral palsy learn to do these movements without effort. My son could not sit to crawl, or walk long, much longer than the average child. After 3 years of PT, (3 1 / 2), which made its first steps. It is now 5 1 / 2 and walking, running, jumping, climbing, etc. We visited PT once a week and also practices at home.

When they forced to go in front of your body and your brain learn the tools "relevant" to the movements are controlled properly, I believe, an unnecessary burden on the muscles rather than leading to more pain for you.

Make an appointment. s good with that one hours PTWe specialize in people with cerebral palsy. They are there and they are very well what they do. Good luck!

They have also done a lot, the other day with the baby carriage in the shop. You can check only the use of the walker at home, now or in the garden or on the road. Do not press yourself too much. I know people with cerebral palsy walking without aid, but also a wheelchair (for long distances, like) theme parks. I think it is wonderful that we can not hope that you will walk with a walker, and I think it is. Take your time, but you do not expect too much of himself to both. You do not want the risk of further injury can cause setbacks. Since you did not mention what kind of computer you have, I guess (sorry!) What is the spastic diplegia is the most common form. There are many ways to reduce spasticity, such as stretching, injections of Botox and phenol, oral baclofen, baclofen pump electrode .... Therapy, you can consult with your neurologist or physiatrist (doctor of physical medicine), one of these options are for you. Are you Dafosi? You can even get to wear them at night, creating a continuous stretch. If you have spasticity, I'm sure you know that swimming in the warm water is best for you. It helps relax the muscles. If you have access to a pool, water therapy is one of the best forms of therapy for people with CP, regardless of the Art, you can also check hippotherapy. It is one of the best therapies for body strength, balance and coordination improve.

Good luck!

She also had no use for whatever the right arm and encouraged by what he can do any sport for all their friends, such as swimming, even the records in our school.

Rest for a few days and enjoy can be drawbacks, but go easy, and take short walks around the beach and do not hit anything ... be happy, practice after a break

If you are in a position to a walker that can use my suggestion, you walk with a lot of work. Do you have a physical therapist with whom you work? Do you have the opportunity, provided with brackets? His feet are sore because train your muscles. The more I work, the stronger will.
Looks like you really go, you will want to continue the search. Good luck with your journey and I wish him luck.

Do not overdo it, just a short walk to a little more each day. You get there, take time. Watch out for a heath, also contributing to bone strength.

Many people are afraid to answer, because their lack of education, from the PC. If they give false information and that proved to be false information could cause you harm. You see, my friends Chelly girl with cerebral palsy. His language is very difficult to understand. She goes to the top of toes and feet is tough. His mental capacity is really low, and sometimes complications of the intestinal immune system is not good when it comes to flu comes. There are four different types of cerebral palsy. I could explain to all, but I think it is better that you give the web addresses that you can raise a little more PC. I am not a doctor, and I am not a consultant. I think I need the answer you need. Go to these sites and read them carefully. There are other sites on the PC. Many of them. www.jhhs.org / myjewishhospital / encyclop ... So www.cchs.net/health/health-info/2000/202 ... index = 8777
